Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We can only issue refunds for devices returned due to manufacturer defects. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Buyer's remorse (e.g., dissatisfaction or change of mind).
Devices that have been modified (internally or externally).
Devices with physical damage not caused by a manufacturer defect.
We can issue a refund for:
Orders that have not yet shipped (full refund).
Unopened devices returned in their original shrink wrap (refund minus shipping costs).
If we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturer defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. However, for unopened returns, if the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process
If your Clevertone device has a manufacturer’s defect, you may return or exchange it within one year from your order date, following these steps:
Step 1: Request Return Authorization
Email us at: support@clevertone.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or videos (if applicable)
Do not send the device without pre-authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Step 2: Prepare the Device for Return
Factory reset the device to remove all personal data:
Go to: Settings > Account & Info > Factory Reset
Package the device securely to avoid damage during transit.
Include all accessories that came with the product.
Step 3: Ship the Device
If the return is approved for a manufacturer defect, Clevertone will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
If returning an unopened device, you must arrange your own return shipping.
You must ship the device within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refund Policy
Devices must be received within 30 days of discovering the defect (and no later than one year after delivery) to be eligible for a refund.
The device must be in undamaged condition (other than the factory defect).
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned device has been inspected and approved.
Warranty is void if the device is resold.
Price Adjustments for Recent Purchases
If Clevertone lowers the price of a product within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a refund or store credit for the difference.
To request an adjustment, email support@clevertone.com within 14 days of the price change.Chargebacks &
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns (without approval) will not be processed or refunded.
If a customer initiates a chargeback without following our return policy, Clevertone reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and may refuse future purchases from that customer.
